CENTERVILLE, Utah, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Utah-based Jack Fisher Homes is introducing two new communities during this year’s Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes. Both developments have semi-custom homes on display as part of the self-guided home tour.

The homebuilder, sister company to Utah’s well-known Henry Walker Homes, invites the public to experience The Escapes at Edgewater, located in Huntsville, and The Orchards at Country Lane, located in Fruit Heights.

“These new communities showcase how Jack Fisher Homes excels at building higher-end homes in exclusive neighborhoods,” said Colin Wright, managing partner of Jack Fisher Homes. “We’ve also perfected the art of resort-style second homes at premier weekend getaway destinations.”

Situated on the banks of Pineview Reservoir, and just minutes from Snowbasin and Powder Mountain ski resorts, The Escapes at Edgewater provides families with an ideal home base for adventure. The gated community offers a long list of amenities, recreation areas and private beach access.

“Edgewater’s mountain-modern architecture blends seamlessly with the waterfront location,” said Ronnie Williams, sales and marketing manager for Jack Fisher Homes. “The open floor plans and expansive windows allow residents to catch every moment of the lake’s scenery.”

Another attractive benefit of Edgewater is that the single-family homes and large townhomes can be rented out on a nightly basis, providing homeowners with the affordability and flexibility of having a vacation home that generates income.

From now until July 4th, the public can stroll through The Escapes at Edgewater’s “The Powell” floor plan. With more than 3,500 square feet spread out among three floors, the home is designed for entertaining family and friends. Features include three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two family rooms and two large decks overlooking the lake.

The second parade home by Jack Fisher Homes, “The Prescott,” is nestled among existing fruit tree groves in Fruit Heights at The Orchards at Country Lane. This new community is comprised of just a handful of large—up to half acre—home sites in an established east bench neighborhood.

“The Orchards at Country Lane meets the demands of busy families looking for estate-like homes without the hassle or costly surprises of building on their own,” said Owen Fisher, founding partner of Jack Fisher Homes. “We understand that today’s homebuyer wants more options for customizing their home to match their lifestyle.”

The sprawling 6,500 square-foot, craftsman design residence includes luxury amenities, spacious gathering areas, large outdoor living spaces and an incredible Dolby Atmos theater room. The elevated setting delivers dramatic views of both the Wasatch Mountains and valley below.

In addition to its northern Utah expansion, Jack Fisher Homes has more than a half-dozen developments in southern Utah, including the new active-adult community, BRIO, which will feature 600 residential units. Also, the company’s original homebuilding brand, Henry Walker Homes, is set to launch new subdivisions in Kaysville and Layton.

“We are very excited about the current real estate landscape in Utah and the opportunities it affords potential homebuyers,” Wright said. “Our years of homebuilding experience, combined with the influx of new capital will ensure that Jack Fisher Homes and Henry Walker Homes continue to innovate and expand.”
