A Utah-based real estate investment management and development firm is ready to break ground on a new $28 million luxury apartment community in downtown Salt Lake City. Dubbed The Bonneville, JF Capital’s newest project is set to rise within the Central City neighborhood.

According to the announcement, the amenity-heavy apartment community will offer a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 575 to 1,140 square feet. Residents here will have access to a clubroom, game room, fitness center, private yoga studio, outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace lounge, and an off-leash dog park.

“We understand what downtown residents want in a multi-family community,” Owen Fisher, managing partner of JF Capital, said in a prepared statement. “At The Bonneville, we’ve planned for common areas where you can fix your bike, wash and groom your pet, hold a meeting in a conference room or cook in a demonstration kitchen.”

The project is expected to be completed sometime in autumn 2016. Strategic Builders has been assigned as general contractor.
